4. Data and Privacy
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which describe how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
Your Organisation is the data controller and is responsible for ensuring that its use of the platform complies with applicable data protection laws. Ceturo acts as a data processor on behalf of your Organisation.
5. Tenant Isolation
The platform operates a multi-tenant architecture. Each Organisation's data is logically isolated from other tenants. You may only access data within the tenant workspace(s) your Organisation has assigned to you.
6. Intellectual Property
The platform, including its design, source code, features, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Ceturo and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your Organisation's subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for its intended purpose.
Your Organisation retains all rights to the data it uploads to or creates within the platform.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of the platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance windows.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ceturo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the platform.
9. Termination
Your Organisation may terminate its use of the platform at any time. Upon termination, your Organisation may request export of its data within 30 days, after which data may be deleted in accordance with our data retention policies.
We may suspend or terminate access to the platform if these Terms are violated, with reasonable notice where practicable.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which your Organisation is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
