Data Protection Contact
If you have questions about how your personal data is processed, wish to exercise your data subject rights under GDPR, or need to report a data protection concern, please use the contact information below.
Data Protection Officer (DPO)
Your organisation's Data Protection Officer is your primary contact for all data protection matters. The DPO is responsible for overseeing GDPR compliance and handling data subject requests.
Contact your DPO via your organisation's internal channels or by emailing:
dpo@[your-organisation].com
Organisation Administrator
For account-related enquiries such as user access, role changes, or workspace management, contact your organisation's system administrator.
Administrators can process data export requests, manage erasure requests, and update user permissions through the administration panel.
Ceturo Platform Support
For technical issues related to the platform itself, or if you cannot reach your organisation's DPO, you can contact Ceturo platform support:
privacy@ceturo.com
Please include your organisation name and a description of your request. We aim to respond within 5 working days.
